2. Product Representation & Variations

Our artisans handcraft each Banarasi wooden toy and heritage item with meticulous care. Consequently, minor variations in color, wood texture, and dimensions may occur. These are hallmarks of authentic handmade goods, not manufacturing defects. While we strive to display high-resolution product imagery accurately, your monitor or mobile display settings may affect color representation.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Cancellations

• Pricing Rights: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (e.g., 5% on toys). We reserve the right to modify prices, withdraw promotional codes (e.g., `DIWALI250`), or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
• Payments: All transactions are processed securely via RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, HDFC, ICICI). We do not store your sensitive financial data.
• Right to Cancel: India Traditions reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled post-payment, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content included on this site, such as product designs, SVG graphics, logos, text, high-resolution product photography, and UI design, is the exclusive property of India Traditions and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or commercial use of our digital assets will result in immediate legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall India Traditions, its artisans, directors, or operational staff be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, or inability to use, our products or website. Our maximum liability in any transactional dispute is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
